DoorDash

I choose to do my mobile app on door dash. I decided to do this app because it is very convenient when you do not have transportation or when you want to be lazy (due to gas being super expensive). This app is not only for food deliveries, but you also get personal items. 

 The app is design for customers to be able order foods from different places in your area.  

 

I think this app functions well and I have not had any issues with using this app. Door dash also makes it convenient for people to make money being a dasher that delivers the food or items to customers. Door dash merchant design is to be able to eventually partner with every restaurant. 

There are not too many improvements needed for doors dash, but there are some I can point out from my point of view.  

1. The option of being able to get your money back of your order was not delivered or incorrect should be a must. 

2. Maybe having a easier way for older adults to navigate how to use the app will be helpful like a voice speaking option.

3. Eventually giving food options on the app of places that deliver near you can also be an improvement.
